“Its clear that the technologies, the different offerings and everyone’s experience with them has progressed significantly since last year. Its becoming more apparent that the different assays are not equivalent and that some might be more suited to discovery vs detecting known biomarkers. I suspect that some of the technologies will be more suited to some tissue types than others -particularly when it comes to segmentation algorithms where a standard package might not be suitable for many cell shapes/sizes
